すいません。10/5-10/20 の間、FLNet.org サーバから
外部のメールサーバへメールの配信ができない状態でした。

FLNet.org 内部へのメール送信はできていたので完全に忘れていましたが、
外部へ配信する際の SMTP サーバへ接続するルーティングがまずかったようです。

現在は修正し、正常に稼働していることを確認しました。
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。
